Ercan Kara Osman is the founder and Managing Shareholder of RODOPI Holding GmbH, headquartered in Düsseldorf, Germany. With nearly 32 years of entrepreneurial experience, he has built RODOPI into a diversified European industrial group spanning renewable energy, corrosion protection, blade manufacturing, solar, HR services, and now marine consulting. His roots in Greece and his base in Germany have shaped a distinctly European business philosophy that reaches across borders. Ercan leads with a long-term vision, a commitment to environmental and social responsibility, and a hands-on approach to building capable, certified teams across industries. The expansion into the marine and superyacht consulting sector reflects his continued drive to bring RODOPI's industrial discipline and proven expertise into new, demanding markets.
Moustafa Barka's career has developed across major European yards, marine projects, and offshore environments, giving him strong exposure to demanding coating, inspection, and project execution standards. His experience spans superyachts, shipbuilding, offshore structures, and industrial coating works, with a focus on quality control, planning, coordination, and communication between clients, contractors, and production teams.
Having worked within fast-paced international environments, Moustafa has developed a structured and practical approach to project delivery. His ability to work across multicultural teams and communicate in multiple languages strengthens coordination between international clients, contractors, and workforce teams. Through PCC, his focus is to deliver reliable consultancy support built around transparency, professionalism, and long-term project quality.
